Welcome to the KLATT TRAVEL, Inc. website! We offer our clients 41 years of continuous service, over 60 years of collective transportation expertise, and three generations of management experience. Now, you've got a friend in the travel business! Our address is 484 Turner Drive, Building "B" in Bodo Park, Durango, CO 81303 (West of La Plata Electric). Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a break for lunch, Monday through Friday.
Our Mission...is to continue to offer professional travel arrangements to our clients, to make every client a repeat customer, to offer state of the art technology with old-fashioned service levels .
Company ProfileKlatt Travel, Inc. was founded in 1963 by Fred W. Klatt, Jr. (retired), an airline veteran of over 20 years. We were the first travel agency in the entire four corners area. In 1968, Fred W. Klatt III joined the firm, and in 1999, with the addition of Rick Klatt, three generations of Klatts have managed the Company with the very basic principal that to survive in the travel business in a small town such as Durango, you had better produce, and that repeat business was critical. Our service area is now global, but the same principals apply. We thrive on repeat business, and there has to be a reason for that...simply put, we take care of our clients! We are a full service travel management company, and no group is too large, nor across the state trip too small for us. We use every travel tool available to make sure our customers obtain the most value in their travel and transportation needs.
